As co-founder and former chair of the workers' council at foodora, Adele Siegl has years of experience in the platform economy and has first-hand knowledge of the rapid development of the world of work. In the spirit of the labor movement and democracy, she understands the importance of low-threshold networks, international cooperation and shared knowledge. Since 2023, she has been working as a digitalization expert at the ÖGB's Work and Technology Competence Center (Kompetenzzentrum Arbeit und Technik ) on the effects of new technologies on the world of work, as well as on corresponding strategies for expanding employee rights and co-determination in the workplace.
