Human Nature

An Invitation to a Dance with Ambivalence

"We cannot address complexity without using our own complexity."
Nora Bateson

Much of what surrounds us is made by humans, but not for humans. So is it human nature ... to destroy our basis of existence? Or could nature help us to become more mindful with ourselves and the environment? But is it about behavior change at all, don't we have to change the circumstances?

With current research results from applied psychology, we shine into the black box of human behavior, which is being obscured anew by behavioral design and algorithms. On a little journey from egocentrism to world centrism, from selfcare to universal care, we celebrate the human ability to deal with open ends and contradictions. No map, no compass, no fear.
