DJ Storm (Jayne Conneely) is a legendary drum & bass DJ and a pioneering figure in the genre. In the early 1990s, she co-founded the influential duo Kemistry & Storm, helping to launch the iconic label Metalheadz in 1994, which became a cornerstone of UK jungle and drum & bass culture.

Their critically acclaimed mix album in the “DJ‑Kicks” series (1999) remains a landmark release in drum & bass history. After the tragic loss of Kemistry in 1999, Storm continued solo, becoming one of the few prominent female DJs in a male-dominated scene.

Celebrated for her precise mixing, impeccable track selection, and ability to energize dancefloors worldwide, DJ Storm — often called “the First Lady of Drum & Bass” — continues to headline international festivals and club nights, inspiring new generations of DJs with her enduring influence and artistry.
