Inou Ki Endo (at)

Inou Ki Endo searches for shared sensibilities across time and space. Filtering communal sounds from past and present, she moves beyond the concept of genre, instead approaching sound and rhythms as shifting intensities capable of affecting listeners emotionally, intellectually, and physically. Rooted in the global music underground, her sets draw on experimental approaches, and are shaped by the specific contexts in which they take place.

Shilla Strelka is artistic director of Unsafe+Sounds Festival, and co-curator of Elevate Festival. She runs the platform Struma+Iodine, and is a lecturer and journalist, based in Vienna.
